I only bought the car in May (private sale) and the guy I got it off claimed he'd had the HG done in May 2013, even had the invoice. Thanks for the reply, It didn't leak a spot until today, seems a bit odd that both things (overheating & oil leak) should happen at the same time, even more galling is that I've just had all the work done at quite a substantial cost :-(
