How many sub frame mounts are there on both front and rear of MGF? As I understand there are original and solid replacements. What are the pros and cons of these?

Have come to grease the suspension nipples on my recently acquired 1997 VVC and one is missing. Ordered replacement from Rimmers to their part no. 234532 given as 1/4 UNF. Does not fit. Anyone know what size these are? Various sizes offered on other forums 1/8 BSP and 6mm??
