Re: Spheres
I have a few people interested in these, so I took some photos, but apparently they are "too big" to post here, I will get to editing them later, but if anyone wants the photos in the meantime pm me an email and I will send them (currently on my phone and I'm not in the house!)

Re: Spheres
Hello I am interested. Is shipment to Germany possible? Do you have pictures of the units. I have no idea how much it would cost to ship them out to Germany, but I would imagine it would be quite expensive? As they are heavy items... Happy to get some photos and weigh them etc, see if I can get a q...

Spheres
Having recently just fitted some new (to me) recharged spheres to my car, I am left with 8 spheres (yes 8, thats two car sets). I have no idea what they are worth or even if anyone would be interested in some or all of them? However I am moving house soon so they are taking up space... any interest ...

Re: Keeping the F...
Mr Natural, thats one clean underside ;) - Where do you get the drop link bushes? When I was looking yesterday I could only seem to get the drop links as one peice? As talkingcars knows from another forum, I was trying to reduce down the number of vehicles in the household, but because of the issues...

Keeping the F...
So after being messed around by a timewaster on eBay, who won the auction and then subsequently decided he had to wait till payday to buy it, then decided he had Covid and could not afford it anyway... I then put the F up a second time and got tons of interest (30 odd watchers for example) but no-on...

Leak into boot
I have a small leak in the boot, enough to make the bottom of the carpet wet, but I cannot seem to find the source. I assumed it might be the lights, but there is no sign of any water ingress through the light seals or any marks etc to say water has run down from the lights. Additionally its only th...

Re: Project Shed MoT fail: brake light switch!
I got rid of the self adjusting brake switch as it was constantly failing under heavy braking for me. I replaced it with a switch from a ZS (although it could have come from anywhere) and some creative modifying of the mounting point. Actually turns out that the issue for me all along was the mounti...

Is that a 52mm Throttle Body? From a 160?
If so I would be interested in it how much?

Re: Never start a manual car with the clutch IN
My MG6 cannot be started without depresssing the clutch... Also i was always taught to hold the clutch down when starting as it reduces wear and load on most componant. .. I suppose whatever you do, someone will find fault and a better way to do it, i for one will keep depressing the clutch on my ZS...

Re: MGF Suspension - pre purchase questions
Of course... you can take it too and from a place of MOT repair legally without any issues
So, I would be tempted to take it to an MOT, if it fails (not saying it will on the suspension) then drive it to the place to top it up and back again to pass the MOT. all legal.

Re: Lower Ball Joints
So, looking at the wishbones they appear to be solid, but I think it may be better to replace them while under there. To that end I have ordered new wishbones, drop links and ARBs (since they are being disconnected to do the job anyway). Is there anything to be aware of when I drop the subframe? Is ...

Lower Ball Joints
MOT failure on Offside front lower ball joint, excessive play. Got new ball joint, took wheel off. Old one is Rivited in place. Whats best way to remove it? Take whole arm off, then put in a vice and axel grind it off? Is there any tricks for this job? - I was planning to do both sides at the same t...
