Was the site cost not £60 (?) with free UK delivery ? I thought the high delivery cost was for Europe ? Looked at it a while ago and didn't go ahead. Will be interested to hear how you get on.

After a bit of twisting and turning I found the socket well hidden in the wiring behind the fusebox. Both relay and switch now fitted. Battery charged - started first time ! Hurray.

Battery disconnected - need to purchase a cutout switch and fit that.

Still have not solved footwell light problem but that can wait until better weather.

No fluid on garage floor. Car regularly used since buying it a month ago. Used to be hard to get into reverse, now is much easier. Been out twice since problem and no re-occurrence. Going to get hydraulics checked and look at pedal 'gear'.
