ZT remote key

I have recently picked up a more practical ZT-T allowing me to keep my TF 160, only problem is it only has 1 key and I've been quoted a small fortune for a replacement, £150 by the time it's programmed. Can either the 2 or 3 button fobs from the TF be programmed to work on the ZT system and if so wh...

What colour are the sun visors, what condition are they in and how much would you want for either the pair or the passenger side on it's own?

Re: Will using higher RON or Super Unleaded fuel help my car?

There may not be a technical advantage (ignition needs advancing to gain any extra power etc. etc...) but having tried it myself I found the car (MGF VVC with 76k on the clock and two HGF behind it), ran smoother and pick up was crisper. This maybe down to any detergents that may be present, I don't...

Re: Death Rattle

I always half wished the engine in my old f would blow (before I wrote it off) as it would give me the perfect excuse to covert it to 2.5 V6, it's the only way my missus would allow me to do it. smooth 6 cylinder with 190 gee gees, purrrrfect. 8-) If the body is good and the rest of it is reasonable...

Re: poorly folding soft top

Having to pull it down to engage the clamps when closing isn't abnormal at this time of the year. When the weather is cold the rear screen is far less pliable and it can affect the ability of the roof to stretch far enough to allow you to engage the clamps. If it's not folding back properly, make s...

poorly folding soft top

Hi the roof on my 2003 mgtf doesn’t fold down fully. It sits about 4” higher than it should and when its up it sits about 2” above the clamps and has to be pulled down into position in order to get it to engage. I have only just purchased the car so don’t know if anyone has damaged it at all. Does a...
