Nope - he never come back to me on a price yet :(

I've found a lovely plate on the DVLA web site for £245 'on the car' so unless he comes back asap i'll prob buy that one. This one's nicer though ;)

Re: For Sale: My 2001 Stepspeed MGF - 52k miles

I think its a good price, trouble is, there are now TF's starting for around the same price range. Prob nearer to £2000 would sell it quick, b ut i really wouldn't take any less - looks good. but it is a stepspead though so limited market. hope it all goes well :)

Re: Whats yours called and why?

My old F was called Cassie - after a character on Home and Away a good few years ago. My new TF is called Glimmer - ie: Glimmer of hope - hope for the future, as my last 2 years have been a bit of a catastrophic rollercoaster....lol

Sounds good to me.
Gigging Sunday at the Bra Run at V&J Superbikes in Bridgwater, so a run out the day before would be great - I love hill-climbing.

TF de-cat pipe

Does anyone have a TF de-cat pipe they dont want????
I have just bought a 135 TF and a TT mk4 exhaust and want a decat to finish the car off.
I have an F de-cat pipe but i need the one with the extra 'bend' in it to fit the TF.

Re: 98 MGF VVC FOR SALE

Yep - all done on mine. I sold my old F - 98 plate - well sorted and loads of mods etc and all head, coolant pipes, belts - and only got £1600 for her - I think realistically if you really want to sell it, you'll be hard pushed to get £2000 for a 98 plate regardless of history etc. Thats if you rea...
