Re: top gear
Still waiting for the Chinnookto appear though Mr C.O. ? Well, we were supposed to be in the Bobsleigh v Rally Car episode, and even got as far as planning the trip to Norway and discussing how to hang a rally car under a helicopter, but other issues between MOD and BBC then got in the way and at t...

Re: top gear
Top Gear is not a news program, not a documentary, not a consumer program.
It is ENTERTAINMENT and the three stooges are largely ACTING.
Jeez..lighten up.

Re: The power of the 'Enthusiast'....
1. Bloke advertises a numbered VXR edition of a VX220 on the VX owner's forum. 2. Member of VX owners forum asks politely "Is there anything you want to tell us about this car?" 3. Advertiser acts all aloof...."Who? Me? Car? Huh?" etc. 4. Photo then get posted of (allegedly) the same car after meeti...

Re: Goodwood Breakfast club
Went to a couple of these last year and they're extremely popular so my advice is arrive early! And to be honest I wouldn't expect any special privilege by going in an F (or a 7 for that matter 8-) ). At one of the days last year even an Aston DBR-9 got politely directed to the "normal" car park. St...

Re: Arctic Circle Run... Fri 1st Feb
Great idea for a drive.
I'd come along (even in the wrong car) but coming from West of the M25 it'd mean driving it twice in effect - half way round to get to the start, once round to do it, then half way round again to get home again - all in all about a three hundred mile round trip

What ever became of FPower.co.uk?
Was just having a quick browse the other night and noticed Phil B's "FPower" site has been closed down (and I mean properly removed, not just met the end of the lease on the domain name) and he's not obvious as being registered on the new F Register forum. What happened? (or is it not for public con...

16" square spoke alloys.
Well, I've finally got round to having a damn good tidy up in the garage and clearing the last F-related bits that were lurking at the back and need to find a good home for: Four 16" square spoke alloys (without tyres) I was mid-way through getting these repainted when I sold the F so they need comp...
