I had the same thing when I fitted a 52mm throttle body. It was caused by the throttle butterfly jamming closed in the body. I cured it by adjusting the butterfly stop, its a screw mounted on the body with a rubber cover over it. I opened it a fraction and the jerkiness disappeared.

Mine is also anthracite but it's that colour all over.
