Now I finally have a contact at the hotel they are being really helpful. The venue is http://www.thatchershotel.co.uk/ The time 8pm I have arranged us to dine in the restaurant with a slightly reduced menu than the full menu to give the chef a chance of keeping up as I didn't want to pre choose meal...

it would be just me that day so it ll have to be a ZR or an Alfa. Do you think that would be ok?
