Have removed engine cover today,to my surprize there are mostly new pipes fitted, before I brought the car approx. 2 years ago.I wiggled pipes checked them all including under floor pipes again which are new stainless i think I brought a excellent car before this fault !! I am not mechanical minded ...

will remove engine cover and have a good look around when and if it stops raining tomorrow. Any places I should check as a starting point you could recommend.
There are no signs of water loss on my drive as car has been running today until fans cut in then car cooled down

Many thanks for all the advice given to me so far. The year of my F is 2000 thinks its called the mk2,It has slight white smoke from exhaust on starting up A new cap was fitted and tested before fitting for pressure which was ok.I am losing approx. between the max mark and the min mark on a 60-80 mi...

It has a alloy inlet manifold. Not the plastic type, would this still be the reason? as I have read the alloy ones are not prone to leaking? but bearing in mind it is a rover !!!

Hi all
Im looking for advice help please I have a my2000 F.I have had it pressure tested no loss of pressure, yet I am still loosing coolant and I have rough idling when I first start her up ! when she starts she runs like a steam train with no problems. Any thought please.

Hi jayjay I have just recently had a toyosport fitted to my 2000 f. I know there was a problem with hanger brackets but mine has the reworked ones on (direct from toyo) They are a slightly bit louder than the standard ones,But it has got a roar if you want it there (Not to loud) I see your in the ea...
