Definitely feasible. I did the swap the other way, with TF seats into a 1995 MGF. Depending on the year of the car, it can be plug and play, otherwise either swap connectors, or swap over the seatbelt anchors from the existing seats to the replacements.

Odd handling can appear very quickly and even at low speeds with mismatched tyres. It is certainly worth replacing all four.

Steve, I agree - worn rear wheel bearings can also cause untoward handling - and MGF/TF bearings don't seem to make noise when they fail (no idea why not!)

First off, welcome to the forum! Secondly, sorry to hear that the bushes are too hard Evan. Which sets of bushes are you looking for? The whole car set? Yes, Rimmers is an X-Parts retailer, so OE bushes can be had from them. They won't be in a kit though: you'll have to order each bush individually.
