I was there with my MG ZT Tourer, Peter Hermite was with his MGB, John Hebb was with his MG3, Ian & Sue MacKenzie had there ZT V8, David Stonehouse also had his MGB V8 there too.

I know it's been a while, but the F is now back on the road, I've fitted new 3 layer head gasket, head skimmed, new valve stem seals (these have cured the smoking on startup & the overrun) new cambelt kit (although old belt had only done 3000 miles!), new water pump & thermostat, the rear brake pipe...

I've decided to bite the bullet and remove the cylinder head on Sandra's MGF to replace the valve stems seals as it was smoking on start up and on the overrun, I was relunctant to carry out this operation as there were no overheating issues with car!!
