Slightly off topic but I bought some universal wheel spacers from flea bay - meant to be 10mm --- I bought them to bring out the fronts due to catching inner arch at full lock. They arrived today and guess what - I looked at them and thought these dont look 10mm. ...

Do you have the standard airflow intake system or some suped up cold air feed? or even an ecu bender?

Re: Seals

I used it couple of years ago. when i was obsessed with detailing products. Its good because unlike oils based treatments it does not leave residue. Dont think its silicone based either it is good and will last a long time. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-listing/B000U42S42/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&...

I had the same issue a few years ago. Had new oil and all service parts etc.. Fuel system cleaned... The problem was the adaptation settings on the mems 1 ecu. Took it to a recommended auto electrician in newark in nottinghamshire. 35 quid later it sailed through te emissions test and drove like a d...

Re: Shock absorbers

Yes Bruce, that's correct. It's not just the perceived damping effect that people associate with shock absorbers but the whole handling of the car is transformed, you can bury it into a corner and it glides round like it's on rails with no uncertainty. You may ask if it's worth the high cost, mine ...

In that 10 years what's the best advice you could offer someone buying an F.

I used some Renovo. But I have to admit I am not yet happy with the results, I plan to 2nd coat tommorrow with a roller, I feel this will bring more of a true colour and even shade to the hood.
