Starter Motor Woes

Hi folks, it has been a while since I posted on here but the good news is I have my old green F back. She is in need of a little TLC but hopefully it won't take long to get her back on the road where she belongs. I bought her back as a non-runner. I was advised that the starter motor had packed up a...

Re: I DONT BELIEVE IT !!!!!

Bloody hell! Gladf Cath is ok, car bits can be bought and replaced. Cath bits can't.

I reckon the stone thing is most likely right, bugger.

Likewise, shout for a hand.

Re: April Pub Meeting

Gary, you could moonlight as an undertaker using DR Z.

Your last ride in an MG!!!!!! Get taken to the 'whatever' in style and comfort (well, comfort may not really be an issue), have that last sporty run along some country lane type stuff. I reckon it could be a goer.

For Sale - TF Boot lid - £20

Hi folks, this is up for grabs and needs to be gone ASAP as it is taking up space at Cath and Gary's place in Herts. This is a very, very tidy boot lid, it is for the TF model but will fit the F if you wanted to have a change. The colour is metallic grey, we do not have the code unfortunately. Price...

Re: Heritage Hard Top for sale

It'd be easy for someone to come over in their F/TF, fit the hard top and drive off again. Simples.

Ebay beckons if I can sort later today.

Re: Heritage Hard Top for sale

Not sure what the hesitation is really, maybe too close to christmas? Maybe location? Who knows.

I think I will ask Gary if he is up to putting this on eBay and seeing what happens.

Re: Heritage Hard Top for sale

Just sent a text to Gary but it seems he never had the code. You are most welcome to pop over and have a look.

Given how low cost the hard top is - plus a respray is not going to cost the earth, I feel that this is still cheap compared to some on ebay. Plus it is a proper Heritage item.

Re: Heritage Hard Top for sale

Right, this has to go ASAP.

The price is now £150 and this is as low as I am willing/able to go.

Needs to be gone and actually put in use :)

Please PM myself and Gary if you are good to go.

Cheers
