hi , short update ... yes , it took me some time , but i´m nearly finished ... It gave me a hard time to elemininate the dings and dongs in the harness wiring , and in the end , i made the motor harness somewhat complete new ... i even bought an new emerald connector and rearranged the the pins into...

@Adi : as you dont already have fabricated the manifold, Adi , why dont you put it , where you want it to be ? For an non equal lenght log type one , it should be easy to do ... And if i look in my engine bay now , there would be also enough space to get it away from the engine block. If you want it...

Yeah, your are right Adi ... i think the bbr guys put it there , to fit it straight lined to the exhaust underneath ... its an assumption , right ... At this point i´m not going to put such an oilcooler sandwich plate in , maybe later, if its necessary, i will react to this ... i would angle the oil...

Hi folks, excuse me , but i have to say , that i cant come to the MGFIM , after my accident i missed so many students ( means money and also time ) , that i cant afford it anymore ... As my turbo conversion always been a backbook money conversion , now i see clearly that i dont get together the fund...

Here i am , again , finally i made it out of the bed and jumped right under the car ... 8-) i ve hung the chassis under the carport and put the subframe under again ... im really happy to get it done , cause i´m certainly not running on 100% ... i´m back in the bed ... to recover ... a bit too much ...

Yeah, in theory in know what to do ... in theory :lol: Emerald told me its Pin 17 and 21 for the selenoids on the HCU ... Great support, by the way ... At the end of the week i should be strong enough, to get back to the build, then i should get the subframe under the car , as the harness has alread...

now i can walk and breathe somewhta normally and give me two weeks i´m hopefully back in the game ...

i do ! errrr, i would ... but a car hit me from my bike and as im lucky that no bones broke miracly and im still alive, i´m out for a unknown time ... now i know , that that every millimeter counts ... would ive been 10 centimeter more to the left, otherwise id be more likely in , äh , hell ... :lol...

ask the doctors again ... ;) i was told that the block of an 1.4 k series has already much bigger liners in there, block is more stable , capable of 300ish hp ... huh , is that true ? or has the block to be filled with the some ingredients as ductile liners , shorter rods and/or custom pistons ? as ...

Allright , a small update on my build from today. Yes ! T25 with elbow and bbr downpipe ...

downpipe on the 2052 has to be made.

The rover part cant be used for the mgf...

i saw one made by Kostas on the rover org forum recently ...
