Hi
I want to move the switches at the bottom of my mk2 console around (reorder them). If I cut off the key at the top of the switch will it still fit as tightly? I assume the key at the top is just for guidance rather then to hold the switch in?
Thanks
ash

Re: which heated seat switch?
Hi
Yes - very helpful
The only part number that could come close to the heated seat switch was YUG001000PMP which is better known as the air con switch. I coant understand how two companies would supply the same shape switch with different fronts but Gill's manager is sure its not them.

Re: which heated seat switch?
Hi Received the following Hi Ashley I’ve had a discussion with my manager about the switches on the second link you sent (attached [This forum page]). He used to be the account manger on the MG Rover account and recognised straight away that these are not Kostal’s switches. We made some switches tha...

Re: which heated seat switch?
Hi To save you all doing what I did - I spoke to their Sales department a little earlier. They no longer build the switches but they may have some left. They are checking stock and getting back to me. Would anyone out there be able to change the LED in the two switches I have (I have two of the Stre...

Re: Retro fit heated seats???
Hi Can any one tell me how the relay works on the original MGR heated seat kit. It looks from pictures like there is only one relay so how does that work to control two seats? Are there two relays (one for each side) or is the supplied relay some how able to serve the two sides in any combination? I...

Re: European Break down cover
Hi I used QDos when I went to the Arctic Circle. About 1K miles in the car developed a squeak that sounded very much like a front wheel bearing. Called QDos and they used their Norway arm to get a garage less than 200 yards from the hotel in Narvik. Technician spoke English and told me the bearing h...

Off to the Arctic Circle
Hi
I am taking my MGF to the Arctic Circle - (see the thread on the Europe Board viewtopic.php?f=45&t=14602).
I am not sure if this has been done before or not - but if you would like to see if we make it please follow us on Twitter.

Re: Norway's Artic Highway
Hi As far as I know I am the only MGF registered on the 2013 Arctic Challenge although I understand there is an MGB going too. There are Jaguars and at least one TVR too (I think around 12 cars in total). This will be the first tour of this type I have attempted (I was originally looking at driving ...
