Im not technically minded so only speaking from experience..... have you checked the little seal (red?) at the bottom of the dipstick holder is still intact? (the dipstick slides through this) Mine had disintegrated with the result that oil was weeping out and my dipstick always showed the minimum l...

Enjoyed the trip home from Longbridge today with Steve & Ali. Not roads I would have normally used to get back to Coventry. i unzip mine regularly to put long bits of wood in through the rear window and sticking out the back and have no probs doing this . but i do have a problem folding roof down as it creases the plastic and it takes 2 or 3 days to clear again , is ther a way to fold roof without the plastic being bent...

2 x Time off- done :thumbsu: 2 x 3 day ticket (with concert) and camping - done :thumbsu: Despite booking exactly the same this year as we did last year, I managed to make to 10 times more confusing this year.... maybe by next year i'll get it sussed :lol: Squeezing all the camping stuff in two TFs ...

Thanks Keith.... it threw me when there was no option for Car Club Display Ticket other than entering the code.... and I couldnt remember what we did last year with the camping .... its an age thing! :lol:

If you are bringing more than one car, a 'Club car on display' ticket will be required for each vehicle. Details will be supplied when you request the club code. Keith... I tend to rely on my stomach muscles when putting the hood up from the seated position... being short I cant rely on arm/shoulder muscles.... just a suggestion ;)

Hi Welcome to the Forum... I think Midlands (Heart of England) region is nearest to you....there is a pub meet coming up (2nd Wednesday of every month) but the venue tends to move around so keep an eye on the Midlands Section for news I have both F and TF and find the F a lot lighter in the steering...

Personally I wouldnt change it until the old one goes.... they dont last forever and so far a i'm aware even the ML gasket doesnt come with a lifetime guarantee.... as you say, prices can vary considerably (I was once quoted over £1200 from a former Rover dealer :o ) but I would expect a garage to c...
