Re: How to fit LED Halo DRLs to my TF

Do you think the circuit could be modified so that the DRLs would just dim while the respective indicator is set, ie without them flashing? The circuit is quite literally a black box so without ripping it apart it's difficult to say..if having the DRLs flash did fail the MOT then having them dim on...

He said that these kind of issues with after market DRLs are well known in MOT tester circles..in this case where the DRLs flash white although in sequence with the amber indicators (so an apparent MOT failure..be...

Re: How to fit LED Halo DRLs to my TF

Had no intention of modifying our new pride and joy, but having seen the results on Dave's TF are now sorely tempted! Great write up. Ray & Janet Well seeing as how you need a new headlight unit anyway you might as well have a go...use the cracked one for practice...happy to help if you need it...I...

Replace modified ring back into the internal section and secure using blobs of 2 pack 30 minute epoxy. Feed the cables through the holes first. They do dry out..eventually! I guess only driving in dry and sunny weather is the onl...

My (TF LE500) does that...locks once 20mph is reached...and unlocks once the ignition is turned off...bit of a pain when trying to let Amanda out while the engine is still running though!
