Fair enough As you say, it may well pass without the cat - worth a go. MoT doesn't specify that a cat must be present, only that the car passes the emissions test. Another classic chism between vehicle homologation and the annual MoT test - and long may it remain

Flew in their in 1998 to meet up with friends before the handover. That was one fun approach for the pilots!
