Yes replace belts & tensioner as soon as possible!
They need doing to stop engine damage with a snapped belt. 5years is the normal for a f, 4years for a tf, so either way overdue!
I previously had a noisy tensioner it sounded like chirping!

I can confirm that you can improve a k series. I have a standard engine with different air filter, throttle body and exhaust and has 10bhp more than standard! as proved when put on a rolling road! My car can't be mapped as its too old. As for porting & polishing a head I think you need to know what...

Sounds similar to my problems with leaks mine comes in somewhere under the dash near the bottom corner edge of the windscreen! (Both sides) But only in heavy rain. Can't find it without taking the dash out so haven't bothered. Car has a cover these days so only gets wet if I have to use it in the ra...

On Sunday 1st of March we are having a breakfast meet at Denbies wine estate Meeting at 10am in the car park! They serve a great breakfast here for a relaxed type of event.

Hi Ted I have replaced a back window but not the zip part I was lucky in it was the same type of zip so did not need changing! First release the front catches the move to the back and then pop the catches that hold the back of the hood down (as if you were going for the engine cover) Around the edge...
