Is the VVC mechanism a similar noise to a tappet noise Rob?

I have all of these items but I'm in west midlands

That is fabulous I really fancy the first picture as a pair in the darker colour,how much are these please?

My 2001 vvc has top end tappet noise that is louder when warm.I have tried various engine flush and tappet lubricants and also changed to a thicker oil with no change.Is this how the vvc is or is there a cure...my mark 1 mgf is totally quiet and much smoother generally.

I have a mgf 1998 and an mgf 2001 vvc freestyle, I need both cambelts replacing and wonder if there is anybody in the west midlands area who may even travel to me to do them or I can take to a garage.Also what sort of costs would be.

I wonder if anybody can advise me where I can get red seatbelts to fit into my mgf please or if anything else fits.
