I spent a bit of time trying to unscrew the Allen key bolts and as usual though they where like every other bolt on a F/TF .............

When you re-fit the cap onto the car you should see a couple of screws , one each side of the filler pipe. If you loosen these a touch you can center the cap in the hole. Then take the cap off and re-tighten

Yes .............. I think i paid a Tenner from the breakers for the one i put on Cath's F

There are a few on eBay, when compared to Rimmer's £350+ are not a bad price ( I brought a complete hood with glass screen from Brown & Gammons for less).
I have brought them from Breakers for around £10-£20

Very smart

Un-clip the hood front and back first to release the tension.

You can pry open the sides of the metal closer ( i use a large flat end screwdriver) enough so it fits over the teeth. Go gently as the closer is only made of soft metal and may snap. Then close it using pliers
