BTM Classic Car Show & RetroJumble - 27th July

I'm organising the Brooklands Members Classic Car Show and RetroJumble and have reserved a space for the MGF register in the motoring village. Only trouble is it does clash with the Spring Gathering which unfortunately the Centre brought forward a week .

This event is free if your are a member and you can get a reduced entry of £9 in advance from the members website www.brooklandsjumble.com.

We'll have three classes with prizes up for grabs for the best cars in the judges opinion - Pre War, Baby Boomers and Modern Classics - we'll come under the latter. There will be a jumble with all sorts of stuff for sale as well as all the usual Museum exhibits etc and Concorde.

So you have a decision - if you can let me know here if you are coming to this show or on John's thread if you are going to Hever Castle. Hopefully next year we won't have a clash - I've already had words with the Centre about it!

Sorry Tim I cant be there as Im off on holiday - will be only about 600 miles from the North Pole on the 27th in Spitsbergen. 24 hours a day sunshine.
Hope the event this year is as good as last years.

..like several others on here I'm really torn between this BTM event and the Hever Castle meeting , but I love Brooklands so much I've chosen to come along to this

Change of plan Tim. Had to cancel my cruise at the last moment through Illness (Severe food poisoning - huge travel insurance claim going in). Hope I'm well enough to come along to the BTM classic car show and maybe do even better than last year.
