Pete

Very little, it is a pretty village and it is on the Thames so you could go 'marsh walking' or as I intend, leave the car with them and take the train back to SE London - for me that Woolwich Arsenal.

Sit in the Old Brown Jug all day and get someone else to drive you home ?

Dressing up seems popular - you could take a few costumes ?

Practicce growing vegetables ?

Alternatively just look lustfully at Ralph's MG SV all day - maybe take it out for a spin ?

Hey.......you're 'just round the corner' then. Thamesmead here.
Is it really worth coming all the way home though? How far is the station from Ralph's?

There is a station a few minutes away and one of Ralph's guys will run you there, from there to Gillingham and then to Woolwich (for me)

Yes, one of us will give you a lift to Rainham station, or somewhere else local.

Borrowing the SV-R to take it for a spin is not on, unless you have fully comprehensive insurance to cover the vehicle, can prove that you have driven a rear wheel drive supercar previously and leave a £50,000 security (in cash).

I spent the day walking along the Saxon Way, wasn't wearing the right shoes for it and ended up with a big blister on the ball of each foot!

Took about a week before I could walk properly again!

Hi Ralph :)
I've happened across someone just 15 mins drive away.......25yrs MGR technician/service manager experience. When MGR went down, he started up on his own. Getting some work done on 23rd.......first date available.......fully booked till then. I 'hope' that is a good sign! Sorry, but being that close to home, I have to give him a try. :)
