I think that's 48 cars now so I hope Brooklands give us enough space !

I think that's enough now as I'm not sure we'll get that many on the Campbell Lawn!

Hi, Jo here.

Apologies for the late reply.

Nigel and I have been working on juggling some other things and are looking to attend most likely in my monogram TF (Lagoon).

If we have been approved as the new joint East Mids reps we will speak with Phil to try and pick up the flag and bring that along too.

Look forward to seeing you all there

I have now confirmed that we will have the Campbell lawn at Brooklands and with around 40 cars we should make a good display there this year.

Yes I will need addresses - thanks
Passes will be sent out shortly

Great to see some flag bearers from all around the country as well - should be a top display this year!

That is 40 passes now so that is the lot!

Thanks

Nearly got everyone's address now!

If you don't have a pass that doesn't stop you coming to Brooklands - it just means we may not be able to put you on our F Register space - there will be mixed MG parking as well.

Don't forget you will also need tickets or pay on the gate on the day.

Gates open at 0930am and you'll need to be there by 10.15am - put the passes in your windscreen and make sure the marshalls see them !
Entry for non Brooklands Members is £11 per adult payable on the gate if you havn't bought an advanced ticket.
Entry via the Campbell gate off Brooklands road and NOT the brown sign route. "A" boards will be out.
We have the whole of the Campbell Lawn - which is the grass behind the row of race bays.
See you there on the 10th.

Hi Tim,
I've boobed and double booked ourselves, and need to be in Exeter!
Ian Flischer in his Volcano F will be taking my place and will have the Thames Valley flag with him.
Apologies

Oh dear Ian - we have a couple of deposits to give you too - can the other Ian take them?

Valerie - yes you are late - no surprise there though! We have had a couple of drop outs so should be able to get you on our bit - you'll need to tell the marshalls you are with us on the Campbell Lawn or you'll be sent elsewhere!

Arrival time is 9.30 to 10.15

Hi Tim,

Verity has sent you an email, we're bringing her XPG Stepspeed rather than the Orange Grove, unfortunately the latter has got a few electrical issues....
