Bunny Blast VI

Post by muddybear » Wed Mar 11, 2009 2:21 pm

Yep its that time of year, we have had the season opener with the cobweb spin to dust down our rides and clear out the winter gremlins, spring is on the way :) .

Which in turn Brings the "Bunny Blast" now in its VIth edition, this year its my turn to come up with the afor mentioned jaunt in the countryside please be gentle with me as it my 1st time organising a run ... :? This Easter Monday, April 13th

This years theme is a " Bucket and Spade Parade " Its a gentle run from south west Surrey's Newlands Corner ( south west of Guildford )off of the A25,down through the sussex countryside to Climping Beach and the seaside, just west of Littlehampton in west Sussex, but I don't know if you will be able to use the your buckets and spades as the sand is only ready to play with when the tide is out.

Newlands Corner has a cafe and amentities to get the run off to a good start around 09:30 for a 10:00 start, all being well around 12:00 should see a safe arrival at Climping for the finish and an optional 4x4 driving stage for all ages to rival the skills needed for the "Tuk Tuk" racing...

To Finish the run off we have Traditional faye offered for us to enjoy at the Black Horse Inn also in climping @ around 1:00 ,
A list of runners and riders would be greatful recieved so that I can get idea for the table booking.

Catch you soon

Andy

I'll be there - hopefully bringing Izzy on her first run in the F - not sure how Zoe will take it!

Mrs gwp and Zoe may follow in the Zafira - they like the sound of the run as well....

An Aston is one thing but a BMW :o Maybe they could de badge the car & stick some Octagons on it or follow at a respectable distance Or better still buy an MG for Easter - Less fattening than Chocolate :)
Kevin hope you can make it it will be good to see you

That'll be up to us, won't it?!
I'll ask them not to spoil spoil the photos 8-)
Actually they have all owned at least one F/TF in the past, so they're not fundamentally bad people. Many of you will know Tony and Lynne, at least Tony's bum from that photo at MGF10 (can't find it at the moment, I'll have a look...) :sf:
