Abingdon Air and Country Show - 3rd May

This is generally a pretty good day out and we've had a run in to the show in previous years so I thought we could have another go if anyone fancies it.

The Abgindon Works Centre run the MGCC enclave and there is a separate entrance round the back for MGs , just follow the signs.

Aircraft, Cars, stalls, side shows etc etc - good family day out.

There will also be an MGF Register area with the gazebo etc as a convenient gathering point. Bring a picnic, watch the aircraft, admire the cars, buy country stuff.

If we get a few cars together we'll organise a bit of a run in , possibly with the South Coast group.

Anyone fancy a trip to Abgindon ?

Hi iam a new member just signed up last night via the internet, My name is Pete from Bucks. I run A 56 reg ZT , as my everyday car, and i think a very nice slightly moded, 97 MGF VVC in nightfire red. I would be keen on going for my first MG club outing. Do members meet up first and arrive on mass, forgive me but iam new to this, but been running MG for about 7 years now

Hi Pete, welcome to the MGF Register. Keep an eye on the forum, as I am sure that there will be some coming from your direction. Otherwise, just head on over yourself, and when you get there, come and find me at the MGF Register gazebo and I can introduce you to a few other members from the same area.

Just had a look on Google earth post code i found was, OX136JG, but not 100% sure that"s the exact place, but bring you very near. Hope thats not misleading. See you there Pete.

that comes in the middle of a field for me , the entrance is just above that point, on the A415 about 1000ft before the roundabout
