My 2p's worth:

With the clocks moving forward at the end of March the evenings will be lighter and it might be nice to have evening meets during the summer starting, perhaps, after Easter? Obviously evening meets may preclude our visitors from further afield, but there are an awful lot of weekend events going on in the summer months which I'm sure would in any case lower the potential numbers!

I'm also conscious of the fact the current core group tend be be in the south western corner of the region. Whilst meeting in this area is also good for southern visitors, we don't want to preclude those from further north or east, so perhaps we should also explore the possibility of other venues???
