Christmas Natter - Run to the Dog House

Post by TimM » Mon Oct 15, 2007 8:25 am

Good to see such a large number wanting to join us this year in the Dog House.

As an extra this year we'll be offering a run in from Abingdon Market Square taking in some of the old MG test routes around the town . To join you just need to turn up at the Market Square at 10am. We're also hoping that we can get the new MG museum to open for us so you can have a chance to look around that. The Abingdon Works Centre has put a lot of effort in to getting an MG musuem for the town and are helping us out on this run.

It would be nice to have an indication as to who would be joining in on this part of the day - I know you've put your names on the other thread already but could those wanting to join the run also add your names here to give us an idea of how much parking will be needed in the Market Square ?

Thanks

Would love to join your run, but unfortunately I will probably not be legal that early in the mornng. Last year, working on the 2 hour rule per pint after you finish drinking, I was not legal until mid afternoon - just in time to drive home from the Natter :thumbsu:

That's just a partial excuse - the full truth is that the full english breakfast is also far too big an attraction! :thumbsu:  :thumbsu:

Can't argue with that - but I only ate such a large breakfast (and lunch for that matter) to soak up the previous nights alcohol so that i could drive home - honest!
