If you are not bringing an MG you do not need a show ticket as part of this package is for entering your car in the show. Non MGs will be parked in the general outer car park area. When you order your museum ticket/s, please ensure that the show ticket number shows - , this will allow you to then just buy 1 or 2 musem tickets.

If you are not bringing a MGF/TF or other MG, then please just fill out the details requested with any random letters. We have requested the car details to help us with the parking at MGF20 and to try and check and if need be update the details in the Register. The other option, is to buy your advanced tickets at MGLive if you are intending to go to that show.
Thanks for the info. I'll hold off buying the tickets online then as I may be attending MGLive in June so will buy them there.

For those that have never visited a Fest or birthday bash the MGF Register have organised before, a little taster from MGF15 can be seen below. Shot and produced by TimM.

The tickets won't be sent out until much closer to the event.

I am trying to get everything in place so anyone going to MGLive! can pick up their tickets from there ....... if things all work out, it will be a great plan :D

Anyone not going to MGLive! will have the tickets posted out sometime after that weekend.

Great to see this video - My son and I attended with our Sinclair C5 (The gold one ) along with Karl former C5alive owner (now a confirmed MG TF enthusiast) This year we will be there in our two MGF'S after being bitten by the MG bug at this event.!!

Hi all,

Elèn and I are looking forward to the MGF20, but i need to know
what traders who will be there.

We need a new Hood, and maybe new seats, so if there`s no one who
can do that, we have to spend some extra days over.
Any good tips???

Kjeld :P

The traders we have booked so far with more still to be confirmed are
Partners: Church Square Autos; Martin Smith
Sponsors: Peter Best Insurance Services
Traders: Abingdon MG Parts; Bag World; Brown & Gammons; Coventry MG; Gnawty Naughties; Graham Bristow; Hamilton Classics; Just Right Autos; MG Lifestyle; MGFnTFBITZ; RPS Ltd.

Sadly no hood people have booked with us as yet. BAS cant make the show this time.

We will keep the Trader page on http://www.mgf20.info/ updated when we have further confirmations for traders

Thanks Keith,

I am not sure i want a BAS Hood, as i have seen some samples of
werry bad quality from them.
Does any one know other who can fit hoods, or know car-hood.co.uk,
or someone else who can do it, when we are over?
Also, need new seats, seems MGF center are out of business, who else
can supply new seats?

Kjeld

Not heard that the MGF Centre are closed. Their web site is still live but they do not do shows these days.

Kjeld,

It might be worth sending Martin Smith an email, he will be at MGF20.

He supplied and fitted a new hood to our F last year. He had a new hood already fitted to a frame waiting for us and just swaps them over - very good service & good hoods.

If it helps Kjeld, I have had a replacement BAS hood on my F for 3 years now and not had a single problem with it, either n terms of operation or quality. One supplier/fitter that I spoke to tried to convince me I should fit a black hood again, although I asked for blue (probably couldn't supply) and then told me I was stupid to want to have a leather dash - even though his add said he could do a full leather interior.

Kjeld - I replaced the hood on my old F with a hood from BAS back in 2005/2006. Although I no longer own the car, it still lives local to me and the replacement hood I had fitted is still going strong after 9-10 years.

Hi Kjeld,
BAS supplied the Original MG Hoods hence I would expect them to be OK.
If you wanted, you could have one with frame delivered to us 15ks from Gaydon so that we could fit it and return the exchange frame to them.
Nearer the time we will have to talk party time.

Kjeld, there's a hood and trim/seats company next to our garage British Legends here in Southend. He's a regional member who gives us a great deal.

With 46 days still to go ......

Today, we have now passed the 200th car booked into MGF20 :thumbsu:

This fills one apron of parking in front of the museum. With sales online and through the post still strong, the sales at MGLive may mean we have to restrict parking in front of the museum to advanced ticket holders so don't miss out on being at the centre of the show. There are other parking areas at the museum but they are not so prominent as the aprons in front of the museum.

MGF20 tickets will be on sale at MGLive from our stand next weekend. The online shop will be shut down over the weekend as per usual for maintenance and stock control.
