Pride of Longbridge - 18th April
The Register will be having a club stand at the Pride of Longbridge event on the 18th April.
To help the organisers with stand space allocation, I need to let them know as soon as possible how much space we require. I have made an estimate but if we need a larger area, I will need to let them know as soon as I can.
If you wish to come and join us on the stand, can you please post on this thread.

Re: Pride of Longbridge - 18th April
I still have space on the MGF Register stand if anyone else wishes to join us.
We have been allocated stand AJ in area A on the layout below.
If you do attend POL, the organisers have asked all drivers to drive slowly and carefully within the park and if you bring a pet, it has to be on a lead.

10:00 is the official opening time for the event. It can get really busy at the start. There are two entry points to the park as the plan. Either will get you to area A.

Places booked as requested so far.
I am hoping to have 20 cars on the stand to promote MGF20, so still some more places available.

Re: Pride of Longbridge - 18th April
Is there a meet up point for this, or is it just a case of turn up at Longbridge?

Re: Pride of Longbridge - 18th April
In the early days of POL, there was a meet up at the services to drive down together to Coften Park but the services got upset over the use of their car parking. In recent years, cars just turn up at Longbridge even though a few groups do still join up at other places surrounding Longbridge and drive in together.Debs wrote:Is there a meet up point for this, or is it just a case of turn up at Longbridge?

Re: Pride of Longbridge - 18th April
Hope to see you on Saturday Roger. Emailed you a screen leaflet that you can pass on to the other Wedgewoods, if you would all like to join us on the MGF Register stand. Could maybe have a 'blue theme' following on from Tim's red theme at Brooklands.rogerbusybee wrote:This year at POL will be not One ! not Two ! but Three Wedgewoods
Not to late Chris. Take up of stand space has been slow this year. Will email a screen leaflet to help the marshals guide you to the stand when I get home tonight.Lewiscypher wrote:Hi Am I too late to join you .
