The annual Chairman's Run, part of the Chairman's weekend, a very scenic drive through the Chilterns with a lunchtime picnic at the medieval village of West Wycombe, with enough time to visit the Hellfire Caves and more.

PLEASE NOTE: This is included for those staying overnight at the Crown & Thistle hotel for the Weekend, if staying at other hotels or just attending the Run only, it is £10 per car.

ALL PEOPLE WILL NEED TO REGISTER (INC THOSE STAYING AT THE C&T) AT THE BELOW LINK

For anyone not wanting to use the online shop to register for the road run, a paper application form is attached here. You can post and use a cheque then.

We've tested the route today for the Chairman's Weekend Sunday Drive Out on 12th March, along with Guinea Pigs Ian & Ruth....
And what a route we have for you! A mix of A, B, C, Unclassified and near footpath roads await you, with stunning views in the Chilterns.
And a finish where you can see what those naughty naughty politicians got up to at night.......

Well it’s nearly the weekend and the weather if I dare mention it is looking good for Sunday…..

I just wished to clarify that for the picnic at the end of the run, it is for yourselves to bring your own food, drinks and chairs. We will supply the grass and scenery J
Admission to the caves is also not included.

Don’t forget though that there are also Cream Teas available to purchase along with Tea/Coffee/Squash at the POP UP MGF REGISTER TEA ROOM, details are in your route book pack that you will collect on Sunday.
Also in the pack is your special offer voucher page, and you will need these to obtain the reduced price at the Hell Fire Caves and the discount in the Apple Orchard.
