NEW EVENT NOTIFICATION
MGf Register Christmas Gala Dinner Weekend being held on Saturday 25th to Sunday 26th November 2017 at Cricklade House Hotel, Cricklade, Wiltshire, SN6 6HA Includes pre-Dinner reception drink, 3-course Black Tie/Evening Dress Gala Dinner, Dancing afterwards to midnight, Full English Breakfast in the morning, full use of all hotel facilities.

Double room - £145.00 (yes, for two people, great value)
Single room - £97.50

We need to have the £50 deposit per room by 15th June, and your balance is due by mid-October.
The hotel has a total of 45 rooms, and we need a good number of bookings for this event to go ahead.

It is not rule that you have to wear Black Tie etc also, can be whatever you're comfortable in

Need to get to 25 rooms and I think with interest already shown we can get there!

With the dress code relaxed, you can add me to the list Ian.

Your Chairman does not do Black Tie, so would not have felt comfortable turning up to a 'posh do'. Well he struggles at times with smart, casual but at least I feel more comfortable dressed like that.

Will let you all know when the Deposit Booking is up and running on the Register Shop (hopefully Tuesday morning) etc.

Here's the latest version of the poster, confirming that the Dress Code is OPTIONAL, but NO Mankini's........

Can I please remind people that the deposit for this event is due to be paid by the end of July, so you only have a few days to register and pay via the online shop. This will confirm your place at the weekend. We can take extra deposits to book rooms after this date, but to ensure the event goes ahead, the initial 25 rooms have to be reserved and paid for now.

The balance for the event, will need to be made by mid October.
