Chairman's Weekend 2018

Looking for something other than Sprouts, Dry Turkey or Socks and Skids for each other as presents, why not book a night away in Abingdon for the Chairman's Weekend in March 2018 
Again we have the stunning and historic Crown & Thistle booked, with all 18 rooms reserved for us, but be warned, rooms are going very quickly and won't last long, don't snooze & loose!
The weekend will again follow the successful format of 2017, with arrival from 11.am and a Finger Buffet being served at 12 noon in The Barn, with the AGM follwing at 1pm. The Awards Evening & Meal will see everyone enjoying a Three Course Silver Service dinner interspersed with the various awards including the winner of the MGF Photographic Competition.
Full English Breakfast on the Sunday morning will fill everyone up ready to take on the challenge of The Chairman's Charity Run, meeting up across the road in the Market Place, before setting of for another memorable journey through the Chilters (hopefully not quite as muddy as 2017
)
The Poster for the weekend is below.
As the main purpose of the weekend is to raise funds for the MGF Register 2018 Charity, there will be a Raffle held on the Saturday, and for the Sunday Chairman's Charity Run, there will be the following charge;
For those staying at the Crown & Thistle £5.00 per Car
For MGCC Members not staying at the C&T £10.00 per Car
For NON MGCC Members attending the run £15.00 per Car
Everyone wishing to attend the Run MUST book their place on the MGF Register shop page in the Events Section (to allow the MSA License red tape balony to be done. Go to www.mgfregister.org/shop
