The next race meeting will be at Donington Park .... but it will be much more than just a race meeting

Tea and coffee will be provided in the MGCC hospitality area which is usually in one of the garages.

If time allows, parade laps around the circuit will be held at the lunch break for MG Car Club members. Sign on will happen in the MGCC hospitality area, so don't forget your MGCC membership card.

As well as its racing programme the Club’s Donington meet will incorporate on the Sunday only, Saloon Day and the official T Register T Party.
MG infield parking will be available.

The Zed, MGB, MGF, Midget and FWD Registers will also be present along with North West Centre.

The MG Car Club race meeting at Donington has become the British Sportscar weekend.

Our Morgan friends will be joining us.

The Sunday will include Saloon Day including infield parking. The MGF Register will have a club stand for those who still wish to take their MGF/TFs and not their MG saloons. Advanced tickets are still on sale.

Place, Dates and Times
The weekend will take place at Donington Park Race circuit (DE74 2RP) on Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th July 2018.
Circuit activities will be between 09:00 & 19:00 on Saturday and 09:00 & 18:30 on Sunday. Timings for individual races can be found in the timetable at:- https://www.mgcc.co.uk/motorsport/race- ... formation/

Access to the Infield Activities
Access to the infield for both days will be by the use of the Foggy Esses Tunnel. This is reached by initially using the circuit paddock entrance then turning right at the roundabout away from the paddock, then follow the road to the next tarmaced junction about 0.2 miles then turn left. The entrance gate and ticket check will be straight in front of you at the Esses entrance. Proceed through the tunnel to the infield. You will be guided to your dedicated area from here. Catering and toilets will be available within easy reach of our location.

How would you like to get as close as possible to the racing action at the British Sportscar Weekend at Donington Park this coming Saturday and Sunday?

MG Car Club members can really do their bit for the cause by volunteering as a race marshal at this prestigious inaugural event, which features a packed schedule of thrilling MG and Morgan motorsport action.

Experience is welcomed but by no means essential. Don’t worry if you’ve never been involved before, as there will be enough seasoned marshals around to help those unfamiliar with the task at hand. It should certainly make for a memorable occasion; with previous volunteers all saying how much they had enjoyed themselves at the end of the day. What’s more. entry is free for all marshals.

On the Sunday, the schedule has been re-worked to ensure you won’t miss a minute of World Cup final action if you’re a keen football fan. The new plan means that all track activity will have been completed by 4pm and MSVR have agreed to keep open various TV facilities including the new café called Garage 39. In addition, Equipe will open its hospitality facility located in paddock 1 to everyone.

Due to the late time table change yesterday on the Sunday due to the 'World Cup Final', there will NOT be any parade laps in the shortened lunch break, so if you want to get your car on track, you will have to be there on Saturday.
