Re: Brands Hatch MGCC Race weekend - 30th & 31st May
Updated the provisional racing order in first post.
They have rearranged the order so that the MG Trophy and Peter Best have both their races on the same day now and not split over the weekend so if you want to see the MG Trophy guys you need to be there on the Saturday

Re: Brands Hatch MGCC Race weekend - 30th & 31st May
Timed practice for the race positions will be on each of the race days, so it will be an early start for most of us. This is normally close to 09:00 but at Oulton is was nearer 08:30 as it was such a full race day. Sunday start is normally a little later. Not had the final paper work through yet so not sure of what the timings will be. Normally racing is in the afternoon after a lunch break but this also changed at Oulton with 2 races before lunch. Fuller race day at Brands so will have to see what timings we get for that weekend.colintf wrote:Is it practice on the Friday?
There may be un-timed practice on the Friday but cars do not get scutinized until the day of their race so it wont be actual race practice.

Looks like David Woods LE500 is booked in for the MG Trophy race this time. Two LE500s out on track. I hope they both complete the day with complete body panels this time

The entrants for the MGCC races only are at the site http://www.mgcc.co.uk/motorsport-topmen ... tries.htmlcolintf wrote:where can you view the timetable / entrants lists Keith?
The time table is still provisional and I got that from the MGCC Forum from one of the drivers posts. It is good that they will complete the Trophy and Peter Best racing on one day now. The 'formal' timetable will not be out till next weekend. When I get the list I will pass it on if it has changed from this provisonal one.

Re Re updated the schedule in post 1 above.
This is the schedule sent out to the marshals today, so hopefully it will be the final version.
Slight change to order from previous versions but only slight. MGCC Trophy all on the Saturday now.
Note:
First three races on the Sunday are before lunch starting at 11:50, so if you are only coming for Sunday for just one day take this into account.
I will be running the assembly area on the Saturday so if you do get there come and say hello
