4th to 6th May 2012

We are returning after what will be a five year hiatus to our old favourite, the Nethybridge Hotel. This will be the fifth time the hotel has hosted the Highlander and those of us with fond memories of previous events will be looking forward to returning there with it's excellent food, friendly staff and late nights bantering in the lounge.

You can keep up to date with this event on the Freedom Forum at http://www.MGFreedom.org.uk In the 'runs & Events' section under 'Highlander 2012'

http://mg-freedom.proboards.com/index.c ... hread=1721

Here are the details;

I would suggest you contact Alan direct via email scotland@mgfregister.org or PM as he has not logged onto the forum since July.

Registration for the event via the online shop will become available once we get further details from Alan.

I'm not sure where we stand for numbers on this at the moment as I think quite a few who have booked the hotel have forgotten to register with the club via the online shop - It's only £20 for registration and doing so does help us with planning !

Keith,

Not sure if I have also registered for this. I remember when I booked Nethybridge there was no online booking form at the time and it took a while for Alan to contact us.

No you have not registered yet for the event Ian. The online shop has been taking applications since the start of the year but people started booking this at the last Highlander.

The only people that have registered so far are Simon, Dave Walker and Tony Duthie.

We now have 8 cars booked for the Highlander but with the event getting closer, we still need the registrations from the others that have booked the hotel and are planning on going to the event this year.

With the Highlander only a few weeks away, we shortly will be ordering in the rally plaques for the event.

With only 8 registrations so far that we know about, we will not be ordering in a major excess of rally plaques, so to ensure you receive one, if you are still intending to join the Register on it's longest running event, please register with us as soon as you can via the online shop or you may miss out on a plaque.
