11:00 is the start of the convoy to Longbridge. It does take a while to clear the car park once it starts moving. Can be quite caotic to start with.
Cars will start arriving at the services from 10:00.
If you arrive at 11:00 you may be caught in the cars leaving but you can just join the cars at the end once things calm down abit.

I believe we're just planning on the one car for this one.......as hopefully shouldn't require a spare car for this run !!!
Not much support for a pre-meet by the looks of it, but Meriden would be a possible for us.

Re: April events - any one going?
Do seem short of people especially for a pre-meet for this event.
I thought of Meriden as a start point as it was close to Birmingham and not far off the M42 that might have been used by people from that side of the city.
TomTom with a little planning gives a 23 mile route into Hopwood from Meriden in approx 1 hour time if using the back lanes. Time seems a little long to me - would have thought more like 30+ mins?
9:30 start at the village cross in Meriden on the green by the island would get us there in good time.

9:30 sounds fine to me. I'm sure Jeanettes been there before and should be able to navigate me to the cross.....
Is that a plan then ???

Seems like a plan to me Alan. 9:30 there - may be just me and you pair? I know Steve was going but not heard how he getting there yet.
Meriden easy to find see map.
Stonebridge island (where A45 crosses A452 - island with fly over) - If you arrive on A452 from M6, Turn left at island, take first left after speed camera. Turn right at end of road. Cross over A45. Left at 1st island. Cross over next island - 'cross' direct on left. There is a small layby there.
