Day visitors are more than welcome but as it is a realxed weekend, dont be surprised if we are not there if the weather is nice or that we may just be lounging around in the sun if we can not be bothered going out

Yes we are all mad to go camping but my high ligher pen seems to be doing the trick for us to have the good weather :sf:

Was a good weekend and still going on for some of us

Sorry to see the final F/TFs disappear today. The campsite is much quieter but the burger and steak salad has just gone down very well and the Tuborg is emptying fast :thumbsu:

Went out and did DaveM last Pencelli run this afternoon so was back up on the Ranges. Not as exciting as been in Phil's F especially as I had a military escort across but those Land rovers can do more than the set speed limit so it still was a good experience :D

Great to catch up with everyone, great company, great weather, great facilities (thanks Pencelli), I learnt about modern technology (thanks Lottie) and learnt why I should say 'no' when someone suggests I be their co-pilot on a short run (thanks Steve)

Any idea if the book club will be returning again this year?

Definitely. Haven't booked with Pencelli yet but we are planning to go the weekend of 12th/13th July, couple of weeks before the schools break up (sorry Phil).

I fully expected as much, why on earth would you go in the school holidays if you didn't have to?

However, if you went the weekend before that (5th July) we could go as Friday 4th is an inset day when Lottie won't be at school ;-) :thumbsu:

Not suggesting you change your plans on account of us though, but if nothing is definite :-D

If it's beginning/middle of July I shall definitely be there this year. Will need to buy a new tent though, gave the huge one away as it was stupidly big.
