A few events .............

12th November - Wednesday evening.
Pub meet at The Bull Inn, Weston under Wetherby, CV33 9BP. 7.00 pm ish

14/15/16th November – Classic car show at the NEC.
If you attend, go and say hello on the MGF stand and also leave your ticket stub so the club can get some money back. Register stand is in good position by the main MGCC stand.

23rd November - Sunday lunch Cancelled
Holly Bush, Little Hay Lane, Nr Lichfield, WS14 0QA.
We can blame Jeanette if the food is no good

Tickets for the classic car show brought and paid for, so I'll see you there. No work and nothing on this time, Im going to be there lol

IF you are going Sunday Stuart I may see you. I am on the stand that day only - luckily The stand though will be manned all through the weekend though so go and say hi to who ever the other 'mad fools' are working the stand at the time. A couple of interesting cars to see on the stand.

It has gone very quiet in here. Has every one hibernated with their cars for the winter?

Still plenty of fun to be had with the cars even though the weather is turning poorer. It is just like an English summer right now

A couple of dates for next years diary (early I know but) ................

Keep the Stoneleigh weekend free (21st & 22nd February). A new event should be on the cards for some MG fun early in the year.

1st/2nd August. MGFest09. I am on the organising committee so if you have any ideas of what we can do to make the 3rd Fest the best so far let me know. Also, watch out as I will be looking for 'volenteers' at some stage to help out

Not all hibernated yet though i have the hard top on again, put it on after the october sunday lunch only to have to take it off again last monday when my head gasket went on the way home . Still all seems sorted now.

Got tickets for the NEC on the sunday (so will see you there keith).

Not sure if we can make the sunday lunch on the 23rd yet but will let you know.

If alls ok we will be at stonleigh and MGFest 09 next year

Sorry to hear about the car Pete. There seems to be a few HGFs around at the moment seeing other threads. You have to keep on smiling and it gives us something to talk about at the meets. If the cars just ran well all of the time wouldn't it just be so boring and what would we talk about? The weather?

Looks like we will have to cancel the Sunday lunch this month.

If no one posts that they are going please assume it has been cancelled.

Have to try the Holly Bush another Sunday.
