boot light covers MGF

Got some light covers for in the boot of my MGF at the weekend. They look very nice. :) :thumbsu:

suppose it was a cost cutting thing, but they just look unfinished without.

They were only originaly fitted on the Chinese Copies.

Unusually not, they are a late addition.
Home to black Alfa 159 3.2 V6 Q4, blue MGZR160, green MGF VVC and grey MGF 1.8i, and red MG Maestro T16.

Yes heard about the Chinese making them. Were they fitted to the latter TFs?

No idea. They were left on a pallet somewhere and only discovered long after the 'chinese copies' were sent to market. I got mine last summer when they reappeared, courtesy of B&G. I would assume that for the latter day TFs they would come fitted as standard, that being the sensible option .....

'Chinese copies' ? Hey - it's got an 'N' type engine, it's got the badges, it works, they kept the margue alive. Let's not be pejorative. I love my car. 8-)

Only because I tend to slam the boot lid too hard. And that is the interior boot light not
the rear light covers.
