Mark,
We are looking good for the first parts of this one, peeling off at Shaftesbury, but what is the RV time at The Empress please?

Guys

I have produced the route map in 3 formats, a PDF and two files for sat-navs (Tom-tom and Garmin files)

They can all be found here:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3naeywltycnx26i/_Uc7IMma5I

The PDF rout doesn't have tulip diagrams as the software decided to throw a wobbler at 1am last night and I decided to fall into bed.

I will print off paper copies of the route as well

Managed to get out and wash the car this morning and as soon as i shut the front door it rained. I still need to empty all my work rubbish out and give her a quick hoover yet.

Mine will get a quick wash this afternoon, as long as the weather holds.

My car is covered in Saharan sand. Car wash later today, and petrol fill-up before it goes up again.

OK now I have actually read the route, oops! We are lunching with the outlaws in Shaftesbury so it doesn't work as I had envisaged (Daryl first then Shaftesbury). However as I had already negotiated 'a bit of driving' before lunch and I have something to pick up from Daryl. We will aim to join up with you at Daryl's place around 11:45. I have parked the car in the rain so it will have been washed too.

Yep. Didn't bother with the car wash, the rain seems reasonably clean.
See you all tomorrow morning. 8-)

No surprises I was late(I blame the satnav and my lovely rev limiter in the passenger seat), but great to see peeps if briefly. It was also reassuring to hear the other side of some of the horror stories in another post. Thank you Mark for the organising and Daryl for the unexpected feeding. It would be very easy to pass an hour or three chatting - luckily I didn't have a beer.....
