A table has been booked at the Pub with No Name for 12 people at 7pm on 8th October.

Sorry but I and Peter K plus our much better other halves won't be coming to Horsley on Thursday.

However we look forward to the November meeting - presumably on the 12th in Ripley.

Sorry but unable to make this one. Monica has had a large filling fall out and has an emergency appointment at the dentist tomorrow morning. So she may not be up to eating much in the evening.

I rather get the impression this was not meant to be

John has hurt is back and in rather a lot of pain, so looks like he won't be joining us either

How does it sound to everyone if I cancel the table for tomorrow and rebook it for the 15th October.

Can you let me know asap if this is ok for you and that you can make the 15th so I can give the pub as much notice as possible

Sorry to hear of John's predicament Chris, been there a few times myself, hope things improve soon for him. Do pass on our MG-type regards. No probs for tonight, our daughter has just had a small foot op and is now a resident here until she can drive again - so probably better to stay in anyway. All the best, Pete
