Anyone for a video party club night ?

Our neighbours in the South East region have not been letting a lockdown or coronavirus get in their way, and are still holding their club nights via video conference on Zoom.

If you would like me to do the same for our group please reply here. It would be lovely to see all your faces !

Taking part is really easy. I would just post a link here in the forum (and will send you a password). You click the link and enter the password, and let the fun begin !

That sounds good, do we need to download anything from zoom to start with or can it really be as suspiciously easy as just clicking a link ;o)

Charles, it really is as easy as just clicking on a link, which will then prompt you to download the Zoom launcher file.

We could do it this Thursday (9th April) if you wish. However, we haven't heard from anyone else yet, because they probably haven't been looking at this forum recently.

So, I will send out some invitations today via other channels, and will post here tomorrow morning (9th April) if we have a group of us wishing to proceed with a team video chat.

Well, I have sent out invitations via SMS and Facebook, but so far it's looking like our virtual gathering is limited to just Charles, Peter, Hilary, and myself.

Nevertheless, EVERYONE IS WELCOME !!

To join our video chat night this evening simply click on this link >> https://us02web.zoom.us/j/245845486 and follow the instructions which will appear on your screen to download the Zoom launcher.

I have removed the need for a password, so it is simplicity itself !

The video chat starts at 7:00pm this evening (Thursday 9th April). I look forward to seeing some of you there.

(This is the only MGF Register meeting you can legitimately attend in your pyjamas, so make the most of it before the lockdown ends !)
