We will be holding another video chat night at 7:00pm on Thursday 2nd July, this time featuring a virtual treasure hunt using Google Street View

You will each be provided with 10 questions and invited to search Google Street View for the answers.

EVERYONE is invited. However if you're having any difficulty taking part do let me know.

Sorry to miss it altogether, but will recycle my prepared questions next month in the form of F pictures with questions. I was quite busy with a spate of irritating car and job issues all at once.

The following is the information you will need in order to participate in our virtual treasure hunt on Thursday 2nd July, using Google Street View.

There are 11 questions in total. I will provide a demonstration of how to find the answer to the first question, and you will then be tasked with finding the answers to the other 10 questions.

You will have 30 minutes to find all the answers. The winner will be the participant or team who provides the most correct answers.

I will give you the postcode of the search location during our Zoom chat. All of the answers can be found in the street view, and there is no need to change to map view.

The questions are as follows

1. At which house have they been learning the alphabet ?

2. Where has the man with the suitcase been shopping ?

3. Where are the nearest toilets ?

4. In addition to Potter's furry mammal, what else is in stock ?

5. What type of man lives in the big white house ?

6. Who has their own private garage door ?

7. What type of stuff is at the end of the road ?

8. Who looks like he's tapping the line ?

9. Who is making sure the past has a future ?

Well, what a fun session we had tonight ! The results were as follows;

Winner: J. Wilson with the maximum score of 10 points
2nd place: A & C Cole with 8 points
3rd place: P Tipping with 7 points

and our worthy runners up, who battled hard against the forces of Bill Gates' technology: P & H Morgan.
