MGFifteen - South Coast Region Paddock

Post by sparky135 » Sun Jun 20, 2010 6:14 pm

As part of the MGFifteen event at Gaydon on 1st August 2010 an area is being set aside for MGF Register Regions to display up to 3 cars. There is a Dressed Paddock Competition being run again this year with a prize being given for the best and most imaginative paddock display.

If you have any ideas/suggestions for a theme for a dressed paddock then let me know (preferably by email or PM - we don't want to show our hand too early).

For those who haven't yet heard, this is the last Festival of this type for the foreseeable future so let's do our bit to make it go with a bang. There will be a new format National Event next year.

I have the kernel of an idea for a paddock if you are willing to donate your car for the day Bob. :thumbsu:

No probs - let me know what time to be there, if any different from the normal opening time which I think is 10 o'lock. But as we will meet at the Dolphin on the 27th can discuss then.

That's great, thanks Bob. It's not going to be anything too elaborate but I needed a red car for what I have planned. You shouldn't need to be there any earlier than you originally planned as judging doesn't take place until a bit later on.

Can't say too much here. Walls have ears (I've just found one in my ice cream).

I'll be on the Southern Tour from Abingdon with Derek Squires in his Volcanic "F". Anybody else doing the run from Abingdon? See you there...

We will be attending, probably with Richard and Anne from the Isle of Wight in their X power grey TF.We are happy to park anywhere within the main area in front of the museum, and look forward to meeting up with everyone.
