Planning to be there, although I might have a return trip to Christchurch to do late afternoon.

Yes - I'll be there, unless me wheels drop off.
Still trying to work out the best route. I think it may have to be
the M27 / M3 at that time - providing on getting out of Poole and its environs
in less than an hour.

I shall give myself a couple of hours, I think.

[grouse] Doesn't Dorset County Council get the idea of motorways ? Are they still expecting a
Panzer Division to come up out of the Channel ? Perhaps that also explains the awful
road-signage. [/grouse]

That should be - 'of which you speak' - - Perhaps he means a crash helmet ?

That could be fun - getting the old John Surtees bone-dome out of retirement, along with the split-screen goggles
and the white silk scarf.
