Jack's Hill Cafe Meet

Post by garytipping » Tue Apr 28, 2015 2:10 pm

Hi All,
I've emailed out to everybody I have addresses for regarding meeting at Jack's Hill Cafe - Towcester on either Friday 8th May, which is a Classic Car night, or Sunday 10th for breakfast, around 9:00am.

I've had interest in both so I'll be there both Friday and Sunday, please come along if you can.

The classic car night is from 6:00pm onwards. www.jackshillcafe.co.uk

See you at Jacks

Gary

Hi Gary,

I plan to attend the 8th of May Friday classic car night. I'll leave home when the traffic has died down a bit. So I should be there at 7:30pm ish?

Yes mate, It would be good to get a few more than just the two of us!

I'm not sure what the classic car boys will make of MGF's attending thier meet? Mind you the MGF marque is 20yrs old this year. So maybe you & I (if we are the only two) can be the pioneers of introducing MGF's to the classic car scene? :thumbsu:

I've just checked the weather forecast for tomorrow eve in Towcester & Northampton. It's saying heavy rain/thunderstorms! If that changes, I'll be there as planned. If not I'll propably wimp out?

When I checked yesterday eve it was saying it would be dry & bright. Weather forecasting must be the only job in the world where you never get a bollocking for constantly getting stuff wrong! :o

I'll be there whatever the weather, let's hope it's not too bad. Looks like it could be a bit after 6 pm by the time I get to Jack's.

We will also be there for breakfast around 09:00am on Sunday.

If anyone else is thinking of coming it will be great to see you.

Regards

Gary

Hi Folks,

A quick weather update....

"At the minute!!" The forecast says no rain at Jacks Hill this evening. Of course that could all change the next time the man at the Met Office looks out of his window & has another guess!

So I've stopped building my Ark & plan to be at the meet this eve. Hope to see a few of you there?

Regards Jez

Hi Gary

Apologies for myself not being able to come up from the Thames Valley region and join in with yourselves at Jacks Hill Café this weekend.
We're having our first social evening Natter this coming Thursday so should then know how many people we may get, and would definitely like to come and join you for a future breakfast etc with the TV region bods :thumbsu:

Has Gary (area rep) left us?

I haven't heard a peep out of him since the Friday night meet at Jacks Hill nearly a month ago.
