Paul & Fran are planning to do a run around Worcestershire if anyone fancies heading 'up north' for a day out - or even a weekend away.
He has got a couple of routes on his computer which he did when he was involved with Club MGF.
Probably start around Worcester and drive through the countryside, stop for a pub lunch and finish in the south of the county for an easy head home for those heading back to Wales.
Current plans are for Sunday 11th August.
