Oz on the SW forum has put a run together further in the West Wales region than we generally venture and it would be great if anyone who misses out on runs for often being South East Wales would like to join in for the day.

The run will start from Carmarthen and then head West. Oz has found a nice tea room about 1 hr in and a good pub for Sunday lunch. Choice of four meats & a veggie option, meal is £9.50 starters and desserts £5 each. The route is about 100 mls give or take.

More info as time progresses, but please shout if you'd like to put your name down for this.

A few more details now... this run is starting from B&Q car park in Carmarthen (postcode: SA31 3AS) with a meet time of 10am. From there you'll then pass through Llansteffan, Pendine, Amrooth and Tenby, stopping for lunch in Stackpole (postcode: SA71 5DF). Then working your way back to the B&Q roundabout via some nice twisty roads.
